Our week: W/C 13th May
Well that was another busy week!
This week, we have continued writing about animal classification. We have moved on from invertebrates to vertebrates. The children are producing some lovely writing. We are continuing with our time lessons in maths. The children are working hard and are starting to understand 2 things:
1) That it is a life skill that is very important.
2) That to fully improve and fully understand 'time' they need to practise!
We have continued looking at habitats in science. The main focus this week is the different layers of a rainforest.
In Y4MB, these children have achieved their best score ever in their Beat That! Halima, Khalid, Cameron, Bella, Alice, Jakob, Isabelle, Mani, Delan, Lydia, Hamza and MIah. Again, Lottie and Caroline scored over 42.
In our CLIC, Lottie, Hamza, Miamh, Alice and JJ all scored 12!!
Khalid and Aria scored their highest score.
Our postcard went to Soumaya, who has been super focussed and done some excellent learning!
In Y4KB, in our CLIC this week: Jibreel scored his highest score of the team. Annabelle gained full marks with 12/12 this week. Well done!
In Y4KB, in our Beat That this week: Caleb, Annabelle, Ronnie, Ayla, Namah and Oakley gained their highest scores of the term so far! Muhammad scored over 42.
In Y4KB, Jibreel received the postcard in Y4KB this week for his improvement in focus during lessons and taking time with his writing.
