    On Saturday, the always amazing Parkwood Springs lantern festival took place. The pyramid that the Year 4 and Year 5 children built in class looked wonderful in the daylight but then looked utterly spectacular in the darkness.     On Monday 6th October, Carol and Louise from the Friends of Parkwood Springs came into school. Together, we created pieces of huge lanterns that are going to form a part of the annual lantern procession. Get yourself down to Parkwood Springs on Saturday 18th October to see those, and some other fantastic lanterns, for yourselves!
