Y3 Friday Superstars!

CLIC Y3SB – Well done Chioma, Aarav and Harry who scored 11 this week. Ava ad Sayid got 10, while, Kyron, Uno and Jackson got 9.

CLIC Y3KB-  11s from Alex, Arllie, Evie, Hasnain, Laawi, Rawen, and Yunus M. There were high scores for Aria, Pearl and Rocco too.

Beat That Y3SB- Sayid got 32 this week and Chioma managed to get 28, they did so well! Harry scored 20 and we also had some great personal scores from Kyron, Ivy and Aarav.

Beat That Y3KB-  Improved scores for Arllie, Evie, Hasnain and Jessie. Saad and Yousuf both managed to get on the 2nd sheet with brilliant scores of 32 and 40!! . Well done all.

Y3SB - Enjoy Challenge - Goes to Zoya who has tried so hard to meet all the challenges of school, including her reading at home to reach her 40 reads. She should be super proud of herself!

Y3KB- Be Curious goes to Aria. We have seen a real improvement in Aria’s attitude to her learning and she was fantastic on our visit to Weston Park, asking lots of questions and getting really involved with the activities of the day.

PE star of the week: Goes to Laawi for being a very active member of the class. He gets involved in all PE lessons and does it with a smile on his face!

Y3SB- Well done to Ivy, Bodie, Shiloh, Ava, Uno, Chioma and Scarlett all read more than four times this week. What absolute superstars! Lorcan and Zoya also read twice this week, well done everyone!

Y3KB- We really need to improve on reading as a class. There are still a few children who are not bringing journals into school or children not doing any reading at home at all, however this is improving. A special mention to Alex, Aria, Arllie, Eoin, Evie, Hasnain, Jessie, Kiki, Malawi, Maryam, Pippa, Rindazin, Rose, Saad, Sarah, Yousuf, Yunus.B and Yunus.M. A much better week for children reading at home. Keep it up!
