Friday Superstars

CLIC Y3SB – No 11s this week, but there were 10s from Harry, Jackson, Chioma, Hameem and Aarav. A lot of children got the addition question incorrect today, so please make sure you are practising these at home.

CLIC Y3KB- Some great scores this week on CLIC tests! A lot of children gained full marks today too. Well done to Arllie, Arissa, Eoin, Pippa Saad, Yousuf, Rindazin and Yunus.M. 10s for Hasnain, Rose, Rawen and Yunus.B. Best scores this half term for Alex, Aria, Manaar and Rawen. Well done all!

Beat That Y3SB- Some high scores from Bodie, Raeleigh, Aarav, Hameem, Ava, Shiloh and Ivy. Well done!

Beat That Y3KB- Well done to Hasnain who scored 24 on his Beat That test! Saad and Yousuf both scored 23 out of 24 which is brilliant too! Personal bests for Arllie, Eoin, Evie, Pippa, Yunus.B and Yunus.M. 

Y3SB - Make Links - Goes to Chioma for making some really super maths links in our lessons over the last few weeks. She has shown a fantastic attitude to our learning!

Y3KB- Solve Problems- Goes to Layla. She has worked really hard this week to solve her own problems in her maths lessons and have a real go herself first. Keep it up Layla!

PE star of the week: Goes to Oakley. He was a great team player and worked really hard throughout the whole PE lesson.

Weekly reads: 

The expectation in Y3 is that children read 4 times a week at least. This all counts towards their 40 read badge for each term. 

Y3SB- Only 7 journals were brought in with reads in today. Well done to Bodie, Ivy, Ava, Zoya, Chioma, Bethany and Sayid who all recorded some reading at home. We now have Ivy, Bodie, Zoya and Ava who have all completed their 40 reads challenges!

Y3KB- Well done to Aria, Eoin, Hasnain, Hollie, Maryam, Rindazin, Saad, and Yunus. B who all read 4 or more times this week. A special mention to Ava and Yousuf who read over 10 times this week which is awesome work! Lots of children are on their way to earning their Autumn reading robot badge. Keep up the good work all.
