Y3 Friday Superstars!

CLIC Y3SB – A good effort this week on CLIC tests! Chioma, Jackson and Hameem all got 11. Ava scored 10 and there were lots of 9s. Your CLIC Gap sheet has been sent home today, bring it back completed for a star stamp!

CLIC Y3KB- Some good scores this week on CLIC tests! A few children gained full marks today too. Well done to Saad, Yousuf, Hasnain, Rindazin and Yunus.M. 10s for Arllie, Arissa, Laawi and Pippa as well!

Beat That Y3SB- Chioma scored highest with 19, but there were some good scores from Bodie, Kyron, Aarav, Sayid, Amaara and Ava.

Beat That Y3KB- Well done to Hasnain who scored 24 on his Beat That test! Personal best scores for Maryam and Pearl. High scores for Maryam, Saad and Yousuf too. 

Y3SB - Be Positive - Goes to Hameem for trying his hardest to make the right choices in class and outside. You always lead by example Hameem, keep being amazing!

Y3KB- Be Positive- Goes to Rawen. He has had a brilliant attitude to his learning since coming back after half term. He has been working hard in class and putting his hand up much more during class discussions. Keep it up!

PE star of the week: Goes to Pippa. She showed some fantastic balance walking forwards and backwards and is a brilliant with a skipping rope too!

Weekly reads: 

The expectation in Y3 is that children read 4 times a week at least. This all counts towards their 40 read badge for each term. 

Y3SB- Ivy has hit her 40 reads target! We also hae Bodie, Zoya, Chioma and Ava who are all really close to hitting this target too. Keep aiming for 4 reads in a week!

Y3KB- Well done to Ava, Eoin, Hasnain, Hollie, Laawi, Maryam, Pippa, Rindazin, Saad and Yousuf who all read 4 or more times this week. Keep up the good work guys. Some of you are close to your reading badge already!
