Y3 Superstars

CLIC Y3SB – A good effort this week on CLIC tests! Chioma got 11, Ava got 10 and Lorcan, Sayid, Hameem and Aarav all got 9. Your CLIC Gap sheet will be sent home Monday for practice.

CLIC Y3KB- Some good scores this week on CLIC tests with some children achieving their best score so far! Well done to Arissa, Hasnat, Pippa, Laawi, Pippa who all scored 8 or over. A special mention to Hasnain, Laawi, Arllie, Rindazin, Saad and Yunus. M. who all scored 10 out of 11. A brilliant score for Yousuf who scored 11 out of 11 again!

Beat That Y3SB- We had a few children writing scores after the timer had gone today, which was a little disappointing. But we had plenty of children with high scores - including Bodie with 11, Scarlett with 6, Bethany with 5, Darasimi with 10, Zoya with 12 and Oliver with 7.

Beat That Y3KB- Well done to Yousuf and Hasnain who both scored full marks for the first time this year! Some personal best scores too from Hollie, Oakley, Rindazin, Saad, and Sarah. 

Y3SB - Be Positive - Goes to Lorcan as a reminder that he needs to be proud of himself and how amazing he is! 

Y3KB- Make Links- Goes to Yousuf for his brilliant effort this week during our history lessons with some fantastic links and recollection of key facts between the different periods of The Stone Age.

PE star of the week: Sarah for great teamwork, focus and fair play during our outdoor PE session.

The expectation in Y3 is that children read 4 times a week at least. This all counts towards their 40 read badge for each term. 

Y3SB- Well done to Ivy, Chioma, Bodie, Ava and Zoya who have all read over 4 times this week! You are all making great progress towards your 40 reads badge!

Y3KB- Well done to Alex, Arllie, Ava, Hollie, Laawi, Maryam, Pearl, Sarah, Yunus.B who have all read 4 or more times this week. Yousuf read 16 times this week which is absolutely amazing!!
