Friday superstars!
Here are the Friday superstars for the week beginning 16th July.
CLIC Y3SB – There were seven 11s this week! Congratulations to Joey, Hamza, Zainab, Mikayl, Evelina and Junior this week. Luther also got her first 11 this week! Well done Luther!
Beat That Y3SB- Shatw becomes the first Y3 this year to complete all 48 questions in 60 seconds. Well done Shatw! We also had Hamza, Evelina and Junior all get onto the second test, so well done to you three too. PB scores for this term go to Ronnie, Joey, Ava B, Thleyah, Zainab, Mikayl, Lucas and Maryam.
CLIC Y3KB – An absolutely brilliant week this week with our CLIC tests. A record 19 children achieved full marks this week which is fantastic! Well done to Amani, Jameel, Blake, Ezmae, Charlotte, Riley, Levi, Tayyib, Alisa, Malik, Matin, Rayaan, Rakaan, Savannah, Hakimah, Kairo, Dolly and Ava! A high score for Summer this week too with 10. I am super proud of all of you this week guyswell done!
Beat That Y3KB- Scores of 20 or above this week for Jameel, Ezmae, Rayaan, Kairo and Dolly. A special mention to Rakaan who got a whopping score of 46!!
Y3SB - Making Links - Ava C for being an amazing member fo the class. She has also done some awesome linking of topics in her assessments this week. Well done Ava!
Y3KB- Make Careful Choices- Alisa has made careful choices with her learning all year and has shown that with her brilliant score on her reading assessment. Well done Alisa!
Star of the Week:
Y3SB – Evelina for making a really good effort to put distractions aside and do what she should be doing this week! Well done Evelina!
Y3KB – is for Savannah for just being awesome. She always works hard and focusses and has progressed so much this year with her learning.
PE star of the week: Kairo for having a real love for sport and just being brilliant during PE lessons.
Weekly reads:
Mr Barnes allowed the children some quiet reading time this week and some children have recorded these in their journals this week. We had 15 children recording their reading, which is a big improvement well done!
A real improvement this week with reading at home in Mr Baines' class. 15 children in class have read this week. Well done to Amani, Ezmae, Riley, Tayyib, Alisa, Malik, Levi, Rayaan, Rakaan, Sufyan, Summer, Hakimah, Dolly, Leela and Ava.
