After a good practice at tessellation last week, most of us have cracked it this week with some more interesting shapes I like to call a leaf and a wolf’s head! Look in our photos for some examples!

 

Lantern Making

On Monday 6th October, Carol and Louise from the Friends of Parkwood Springs came into school. Together, we created pieces of huge lanterns that are going to form a part of the annual lantern procession. Get yourself down to Parkwood Springs on Saturday 18th October to see those, and some other fantastic lanterns, for yourselves!

This week’s postcard goes to Tiwa for learning together. Since we have started in year four, we have been spending a lot of time sharing our ideas with our partners, and tackling challenges together. Tiwa’s engagement with her partner has really increased and this has seen her learning progression increase! Keep it up, Tiwa!

Y4MB: In Y4MB, was the top scorer Hamza with an amazing 38! What a brilliant score!

These children equalled or beat their previous best score in Year 4: Ida, Luther, Joey, Zainab, Mikayl, Noor, Maryam, Advik, Harry and Alisha. Great work!
